I had a decent stay at Hotel Napoleon, thanks mainly to its friendly staff who made me feel very welcome. The rooms were clean, though a bit on the small side and could use some updating. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to restaurants and the city center, making it convenient for exploring. However, the facilities felt somewhat basic, and while the sauna was a nice touch, I wish there was more to enjoy during my stay.
